Special Edition

a 3~day Psilocybin Retreat with
Live Music, Workshops &
Ceremonies

October 11-13: a special edition of our retreats!

Our October retreat is a special edition of our ceremonies: a three-day retreat with live music from international musicians, workshops and psilocybin ceremonies, to which we would like to invite you on October 11-13. This retreat brings together different musical traditions and allows you to discover plant medicine in a way that is safe, beautiful and profound.

During this retreat you can discover and explore your musical talents in a free and creative setting. If you do not make music yourself, you are also very welcome to participate and enjoy the special music that will be shared during this weekend. Let the music guide you to different layers of consciousness. And find new inspiration for the things in your life.

Our retreat offers two psilocybin ceremonies, live music from international artists, a music preparation workshop on Friday & Saturday and a breathwork integration workshop on Sunday. You can also enjoy the hot tub, ice bath and sauna on Saturdays and Sundays.

MUSICIANS

Zeger, Melanie, Rick & More

Zeger

Zeger is a musical pilgrim who finds inspiration in the many ways people from all over the world have approached music as a doorway to transcendence. With a background in jazz and improvisational music, he traveled the world in search for the spiritual roots of music. Zeger approaches music as a doorway to silence, where playing and listening to music becomes a form of meditation, a journey through the subtler realms of the spirit into the depths of our being. You can listen to Zeger's music on Soundcloud via this link.

Melanie

Melanie is a sound artist from Germany. She is also a hypnosis & body psychotherapist & yoga teacher. She creates beautiful sound journeys with her harp, inviting you to get in touch with yourself and travel to your own inner world. During this retreat she will take us on a sound journey and assist the group with her gentle energy. Would you like to listen to her beautiful harp playing? You can listen to her music here

Rick

Rick not only plays guitar. He plays with the guitar! Combining meaningful lyrics with the joy of using all the sounds that are hidden in his guitar. Playfulness straight from the heart with enough love for everyone to receive. You can listen to Rick's album 'We dance to light up the stars' via this link.

And More….

As always on our retreats, we are blessed with the support of wonderful team members, who share their beautiful live music with all of us, bringing sounds of the guitar, harmonium, djembe and ngoni to this special retreat.

Preparation Workshops

Yoga of Sound

In preparation for the psilocybin ceremony, we start the retreat with a music workshop led by Zeger. In this workshop we will explore Nada Yoga, or the Yoga of Sound, an ancient practice from India where music and sound are consciously applied as a means to harmonize our body, mind and heart. Whereas Hatha Yoga teaches us through Asanas how to harmonize the more dense and physical aspects of our being, the Yoga of Sound addresses the subtler aspects of our being and helps to keep them balanced. Through the exploration of Nada Yoga and exercises to open our voice, we learn more about the ways sound and music can be used as a tool for healing, meditation and a way to re-align with our innermost being. No experience with music is needed to join & enjoy.

Integration Workshop breath as medicine

The moment we are born, we take our first breath. And someday – at some point in the future - we will breathe our last. In the period in between, we can use our breathing as medicine. To influence our state of being and consciousness. As an integration session on the last day of the retreat, we will use the power of breathing as medicine and in this way create a bridge from the ceremony to your daily life. Breathwork can also serve as a powerful integration tool to complete the process initiated during the two ceremonies.
